Appalled by the Service at Westpac Deer Park Branch Extremely disappointed with the service my husband and I received. We visited the branch to close our loan account and were told by the teller there would be a 15–30 minute wait. After waiting 55 minutes, a staff member finally approached us—only to say they were too busy and couldn’t process our request at all that day.
