Ring and the answering service says we will call back today. First occasion took 3 days This time I’m into day 4 and will ring again. Hopeless. I spent 32 years in banking and it was all about customer service
Staff - 10/10 Bank - 7/10 Really helpful staff. As a "bank" Westpac has been limited in its ability to help me more than other banks (so I only use them for withdrawals/cashflow). But the staff at this branch and Caloundra and every Branch I've used over the years have been amazing to deal with. So if you are looking for quality service behind the financial products I would highly recommend this and any other Westpac branch 👍 Staff are always excellent 😊
Very friendly staff, and willing to help with anything so long as it is within their power. I will using this branch even when I move away.
