The staff at the Braeside branch are lovely and helpful. The branch is convenient with easy access. However, the branch “temporarily closed” two months ago, without any advice and no idea if/when it will reopen. The ATM has been out of order every time I’ve visited. Very disappointing

I wanted to print my accounts' transaction histories because the format from internet banking was not good enough. Before I went to the Braeside branch, I had spent quite some time on internet banking for a possible solution and also I had gone to a different Westpac branch for help but no luck. The Braeside branch bank manager Nick Poda printed the transaction history for each account with a stamped and signed cover letter for no charge. The process was very smooth and he did it patiently and politely. This made my day!
The service at this branch is outstanding, i could not ask for more in relation to customer service, help, friendliness and cooperation.
