never wasting time with this bank commonwealth is much better. Banned my account ask me to make a call, when I have made the call they ask me go to the branch, when I go to the brach they said I have to come later 3pm, still need to wait another 10mins, and then wait for them to attend the call so I can wait one hour so they give me a number ask me to wait 2-3 hrs or they will call me back. This bank’s employees haven’t learnt to make apology for their bank’s or their team’s errors…. I, as instructed by their online representative, went to the branch to increase my daily payment limit earlier this week. I did, and made a bank transfer to my account at another bank. On a second day, when I was trying to make another transfer I found I can’t because the daily payment limit dropped for no reason. So, i have to visit the branch again to increase the daily payment limit again, just to transfer money to my own accoun... read more
Why would you even bother to open? Working time is ridiculous, none of the business is closed at 4! 3 pm they ready to go home, such a scam! Westpac you can do better
