Guilherme was able to tell me “no”, my limit couldn’t be increased because the manager wasn’t there on a Wednesday and she was the only person who could authorise it. However, he offered no alternatives or solutions. It was only after I asked what I should do that he suggested I go elsewhere. I understand not everything can always be resolved, but you need to teach your staff problem solving and customer service
