Westpac have many issues. Thankfully though they do have some fantastic staff at the Bondi Junction branch who I’ve seen on more than one occasion going above and beyond to help. They are the banks biggest asset.
resolved my issue quickly while also providing some helpful recommendations. I have been dealing with the Branch at the Junction for over 10 years and have never had any issues.
Old blonde lady behind the teller isn’t helpful and is quite rude. The whole team at Bondi junction don’t have any customer service at all. I will be moving banks and no one has even said anything or an apology.
Never enough staff to help people. Folks end up waiting for ages.
Appalling welcome and total contempt for customers. After 45 minutes of waiting with five people, we were told to get out and come back later, under the excuse that new customers were arriving with exactly the same issue as ours. No logic. No respect.
