Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced from any bank. Rude, dismissive, disorganised staff who treat customers with zero respect. Long waiting times, no clear communication, no accountability, and not even a basic apology after wasting my time. Alice at the Bondi Junction branch was particularly rude, arrogant and unprofessional during the entire interaction. Avoid this branch at all costs.
Don’t walk , RUN away from Westpac and this branch especially. Customer service 0, knowledge of products 0 all the way from the manager to the tellers. The only pleasant person who knew what was his role was the security guard welcoming you. Westpac head office should you read this know that this branch is 100% responsible for your declining customer base in the area.
The staff are nasty, off putting, rude, and if you try to complain they get security to stand near you flexing their tatoos. Very seedy and horrible place with self-serving staff. Beware of going in there.
