Ellena really helped us out, she’s a star!
Went to bentleigh to provide ID verification. I was told everything was done and all good to use my credit card. Today I still cannot use my credit card and ring customer service again. Customer told my ID didn't get verify and need to go to branch again. Wast my time and really bad customer service.
Its one of the few banks left open on Centre rd. Sadly No longer open on Saturday
Went to deposit money at the ATM, there was an error in the machine. I am now thousands out of pocket. The ATM said there was an error and did not promp to have any customer service. I tried calling through the app, spent 35 minutes on hold and then was told I have to call the business team in their hours and there is nothing they can do. I was then told complaints may take up to 6 weeks to process. This is not good enough. There needs to be better procedure for machine faults like this.
