Horrible service missed doctors appointment
No issue with the Teller staff at all, but the totally inept Branch Manager refused to rectify an error they'd made, failed to respond to an email about it, showed absolutely no remorse and was outright condescending. Due to her atrocious service and attitude, my significant funds are now with another bank, after 40+ years of being a loyal Westpac customer.
Service was really good
Absolutely disgusting service!! I could not be more disappointed. Thought they were their to help their customers!! Thank goodness I’m changing banks!
