Yes the service in the bank is good, but seriously this machine issue is a nightmare if you need to deposit money into your account when the bank is closed. Why is this?
I wished I could find a minuses review to give it to these people who are working in this branch , because honestly I had the most nasty experience ever in my 25 years of my Life in this beautiful country. Hmmmm ..... Is it really beyond your wit and wisdom to tell us what your actual opening hours are for days like today (NYE?? ). Anyway, got to the bank to find that the deposit machine was out of order. Popped over to St George and exactly the same situation...... What's going on guys???
Thank you Ebony for helping my daughter today, she called Westpac on the weekend and took over 3 days to obtain a new digital card what a joke after the banks have made this a digital world. Ebony was very helpful and patient. This is why the bank branches need to stay open to help customers.
