Worst bank I've been into ... EVER.....not enough staff, 2 queues, couldn't be bothered waiting to deposit money so walked across the road to a different bank, deposited money without the wait and will transfer it across to Westpac ... I mean... really???
Wowee what a great bank tell you what those staff do a spectacular job
One at the front desk was rude and didn’t want to listen to me. She ended up walking away with both my cards, bending them, saying I lost my money. Closed one account and will close the other in due time.
Staff always amazing whenever I go in to do our banking. Always have a smile and provide excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for more
Always friendly and they seem to work quite well when down on staff.
