Wowee what a great bank tell you what those staff do a spectacular job
One at the front desk was rude and didn’t want to listen to me. She ended up walking away with both my cards, bending them, saying I lost my money. Closed one account and will close the other in due time.
Staff always amazing whenever I go in to do our banking. Always have a smile and provide excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for more
Always friendly and they seem to work quite well when down on staff.
Westpac is the worst bank in Australia. Make up bank holidays, can't access money. I'm taking all my savings out. Don't use them
