Very helpful and friendly
2nd attempt at the Sturt St site both times I experienced long wait times watching equally frustrated customers wondering why the service is so slow. I live in Ballan which is the same distance from Melton and Ballarat. The Melton branch is far superior in customer relations and I will avoid Ballarat Westpac in future.
