I had an unpleasant experience when I went to open an account here for the first time. They do not have 'first come first serve' policy which is what made me so disappointed. I was approached by a bank staff member when I was at a queue and when I informed that I wanted to open a new account with them I was asked to sit in the waiting area and that I need to get an 'appointment' for the process. The teller who server the account offered alternative to save a considerable amount with transactions fees. Her diligence and knowledge was exellent. Benifiting customer need ing suppotive and responcable. Thankyou Her.
Terrible wait times! Be warned. Usually only 1 or 2 people on the 4 tellers provided.30 mins is common!
It's a bank.
Consistently hate banking here. Rude, inattentive staff, long lines, and incredibly long wait times. I wouldn't trust banking here and plan on switching elsewhere.
