Helpful but slow
Came in to open an account for elderly parent. Tried to make an appt, impossible. No one rang back. Went in store, 12 people 1 teller. For over an hour 12 people or more, 1 teller. 14 people waiting for appointments. I sat on the floor so oldies could have a seat. Useless, never going back.
I had an unpleasant experience when I went to open an account here for the first time. They do not have 'first come first serve' policy which is what made me so disappointed. I was approached by a bank staff member when I was at a queue and when I informed that I wanted to open a new account with them I was asked to sit in the waiting area and that I need to get an 'appointment' for the process.
