Even one star is too henerous. By far the worst branch I’ve ever been to. The staff work incredibly slowly, and it’s the only branch that won’t process cash cheques. The level of customer service and staff training is seriously questionable. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
When had such experience in any other branches. Margaret provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you, Margaret!
Poor customer service
the branch needs a business window, as business owners we are waiting forever to do banking, there are at least 7 people always in the queue , most times 10 people who are doing small day to day banking, where as business owners need more time and change etc...
