After two years of disappointing customer service from some staff at the St George Auburn branch, I finally took the initiative to walk into the branch today to address the way my mother had previously been treated. I waited over an hour for what turned out to be a two-minute enquiry. The wait time was unreasonable and did not meet my expectations.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were inexperienced, unhelpful, and had poor communication skills. They came across as rude and showed no interest in assisting customers. Customer service needs significant improvement. If you go there for any reason they push you for next time specifically the lady over reception has masters in this skill. Anyway already closed my account with them.
I have been disappointed with the customer service at this branch. On several occasions, I have noticed that the queue is not managed fairly. One staff member consistently appears to serve customers she knows or prefers before others who have been waiting longer. This is frustrating and makes the service feel unfair. I hope the branch can ensure that all customers are treated equally and served in the order they arrive.
Even one star is too henerous. By far the worst branch I’ve ever been to. The staff work incredibly slowly, and it’s the only branch that won’t process cash cheques. The level of customer service and staff training is seriously questionable. I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
