I would love to give plenty of negative stars to one of the lending specialist manager (who is a south eastern Asian origin). I went there to discuss my options of mortgage. As a first home buyer I was already overwhelmed enough. I was not only discouraged to look for my options but also he didn’t miss any opportunity to degrade my profession as a registered nurse. I had a banking issue last week that technically involved another bank, which unfortunately couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help me.
