Always helpful with both business and personal banking needs. Always able to arrange appropriate appointment times same day or next if unavailable on walk-ins.
Visited this branch just before Christmas to make a deposit via the coin deposit. The atm swallowed my key card. The lovely customer service person, Sonia, retrieved my card from the atm and assisted me with my deposit. Sonia was very polite, patient and pleasant. Great example of Customer Service.
