I had fraud done on my account via telephone banking. I went in to the branch. The Asian guy at the front desk didn’t care much about a long time customer. I wasn’t warned about the $600 that unwillingly came out of my account. I had $50 in my name and they said they would give me a voucher for woolies. Two days have gone by and still nothing. Very understaffed and none of the self service deposit machines work. I went back 3 seperate times to deposit coins but the wait times were over 30 mins each time
