I received amazing customer service at Westpac Armadale today. I'm a St George (part of Westpac) customer and Stacey and Michelle have saved me a trip into the City. Stacey even interrupted her lunch break to serve me! Thanks ladies
If I could give this branch a 0 I would, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude, she would not listen or explain things so that you understand. She would rather be judgemental and plain out rude towards her customer. If I had her name I would say it, however she had black her and was an older lady. Whatever you do change banks and go to someone who has respect for there clients. Absolute disgrace don't waste your time with this branch or bank.
