Dedicated online customer service # 132032 keeps telling me to go online, and cuts off the call. Branches do not answer the phone, and tell you to go to 132032.
Went to westpac alice springs to deposit money in a atm. Deposit funtion disabled ondeposit down both deposit machines. I work weekdays mon to fri 7am till 5pm. Another customer had the same issue and she said it was because of crime occuring at the atms. So westpac commonwealth and anz decided to close that function down. Is this true???? what about your loyal customers and customers that can only deposit of the weekend????? No customers no biz. Absolutely poor. Where is the notification to customers..
