The Online banking support and phone contact is absolutely horrendous! Train wreak of a system!
Went in today because the outside arm wasn’t working. Line was long 2 people at counter working then turned into 1 I asked the young man as he was walking by hey is there anyone else to help cos I’m only in here cos the atm isn’t working and he said yeh it’s getting filled and there is only 2 of us on and I’m like he but most of us are in line cos the atm isn’t working (I was right most were getting cash out) so I said so we are priority what is that other lady doing? We miss the former Manager (Matt), and the happy team he developed! Staff on the counter are always friendly and very professional - they know how to build relationships and deliver great customer service. Five stars for the tellers ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Sad to see so many good staff move on…
