The branch manager needs to find a job that gives him a bit of passion. The branch was not busy but everything was an effort for him. The woman at the teller was abrupt and loud and also trying to deter us from asking them to help us. She told us to make our transaction on line but we were transferring 250K to Rabobank and we felt it would be safer to do it from our bank.
