The branch has been absolutly horrible. (Use to be amazing and friendly) Starting to isolated people and buisness when they are now the only bank around. I have a bank account with him personally and a Mortgage with wespac. Yet because my buisness does not bank with them. I cannot get change for the till. Other westpac & BankSA branches are more than happy. The ladies behind the counter are nice and try to help but it is becoming an absolute nightmare for something so simple. The branch manager needs to find a job that gives him a bit of passion. The branch was not busy but everything was an effort for him. The woman at the teller was abrupt and loud and also trying to deter us from asking them to help us. She told us to make our transaction on line but we were transferring 250K to Rabobank and we felt it would be safer to do it from our bank. We were eventually told Westpac did not do transfers to Rabobank as it was one of the businesses they did not deal with in this way. It was the sudden chan... read more
