Terrible communication. Angela is a JOKE. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t update PARENTS when the routes change!!!!! They do not respond to voice mails or emails!! It is awful, awful, awful service!!!
Awful Communication, Bad timing, Leaving Students behind, Not picking up in correct spots or at correct times. there's many of things that are so very wrong about this company and it's management and employees should all be reevaluated for their actions and lack of care for the family and students of westonka. Nothing but Disappointment has been proven time and time again
Asked them to check to see if my son went on the bus, they told me the radios couldn't reach and hung up.
