Please explain or repair... Countryside Lane has recently had patch work and chip and seal of the entire surface. Smithers Lane gets a couple of crappy patched areas on the first hill into the development no more. There are numerous pot holes where paving needs patches and there has not been any chip and seal for years. Do we not pay the same taxes as our neighbors to the west? It is time to share the repairs!
