Horrible. Staff is verbally and physically abusive. Residents have been witnessed to fall and be left on the floor for god knows how long. Bruises and scratches have been seen on residents. Incidents go unreported or are downplayed as not so serious. Management doesn't do much to change the unprofessional behavior of care aides/med techs, themselves. They're more interested in the money and renovations than the residents LIVING there. Shady, shady things going on there.
