If ZERO STARS were an option, this would be the place. Terribly managed facility, dangerously under staffed, and inattentive. Patient dignity and privacy not respected. POOR/NO COMMUNICATION. Patient care skills severely lacking. Would never recommend this facility!

Can not get in touch with your loved ones after hours. The main number is not answered and does not transfer to the nurse's stations, so you and your loved one are totally isolated without communication. The cafeteria is empty. They do not encourage socialization. I have seen no social activities. It looks nice, but lots of problems.

This place is just awful. The only good thing is some of the staff is nice. The residents rooms are dirty and old. There are stains everywhere on the carpets in the living quarters and hallways, some of the worst smells I have ever experienced while walking around the complex. I had to answer the front door for medical deliveries as the staff wasn't paying attention even though they were all at the work station. New management New team New Ownership They are truly reviving the place!
