RecommendedSome elderly are neglected in other towns. Here in Weston, the CO A Are the most kindest, caring people. When you call you know they care and go out of the way to be of help. They are not just thoughtful, they are doers. I, for one have had a difficult time to ask for help in the past; but when you are elderly you find out that you will need to get over that. A beautiful, welcoming place has great courses. I have taken Functional Fitness and the teacher is serious about getting every part of our body stretched and strengthened. Everyone but me has been taking this course for about 20 years.
