Do not recommend.
I asked the teller for 2 rolls of loonies and gave her cash, she said. Ok and pull out the loonies. Then paused said it's actually ten cents for rolls now. I said okay and pulled out more cash. Then she said that she actually could give me the loonies because I didn't have an account. Terrible customer service. This bank has given me change before without an account and so does every other bank in canada. Not sure what's changed except this rude new teller. I have so many accounts with this bank. I am so sick of the bad customer service online Changing to another bank. Sad I have been with them for 35 years. Went downhill in the last 5 years.

These reviews are nuts, thank you for posting your experiences, I will not take my business to Westoba. I guess we can see why they had to close two locations huh.
