Horrible poor management . It’s not a Retirmemt it’s a long term care residents are not all cognitive or independent! There are false allegations against staff without proof high turnover poor pay! The drs don’t care to intervene in matters until it’s too late. They need a new nurse manager general manager and in my opinion noones family members should be there
Very poor management and this place has went significantly downhill
I recently stayed at Westmount Terrace for over two weeks of respite care following knee replacement surgery. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful, caring Seniors Residence for long term and short stay respite. The rooms are modern and very good size. Lots of space in the bathroom too! I found all staff most kind and helpful whether it be management, nursing, chefs, servers, activity directors and housekeeping. The meals are great and I looked forward to them!
