Ron is the man! Me being a larger male, it is great to have someone of his size and strength handling me. He is very knowledgeable and great to talk to.
Ten stars for Patricia! She is wonderful: professional, caring and knowledgeable, the best physiotherapist I've ever had! I highly recommend her. All staff is friendly and the clinic is always clean.
There must have been a change in staff. Not impressed with receptionist Michelle. Hopefully Westmount realizes that your receptionist can make or break how much business your clinic gets.
