They are a very great team of people. They take care of my dad and I can finally sleep in peace at home knowing my father is in good hands. I have been taking care of my dad for a very long time with my sister's help. But when he stopped using his legs and kept falling and we couldn't left him up and place him gently on a chair or bed anymore. We reached out for help. Some of the staff are caring and competent, I’ll give them that, but the ones who aren’t are awful. I watched as two PSWs almost dropped my medically fragile mother on the floor because they didn’t secure her in a lift properly. Countless times had to ask staff to come and clean my mom up because I arrived to find her left laying in her own soiled pants. They ‘park’ residents in the tv room and then call it the cemetery.
