These people suck. I called today for an appointment at 12:02 p.m. and I was told because it was past the 12:00 p.m. cut off that they couldn't schedule a Monday appointment for me. I see them regularly give seniors the benefit of the doubt and bend the knee when on the bus, hearing how dispatch talk to one another. I left a complaint with the manager today on their voicemail but they're going to find every reason in the book to not reply to my complaint I guarantee you. So today there was a change in the route coal+ ross ave that I wasn't aware off...stood in the new one not sure where the pick up point is...waved to bus 2F..bus number 139...that sweet gentleman picked me up..thank you so much...you made my day.
There was a black person driving my bus that i.useually take home from Sam's club he is always very rude and never gives me a chance to sit down before moving the bus I could've fallen I have sciatic nerve pain and that could be really bad so I took the nearest seat than he abruptly stops the bus and says I'm bothering the girl beside me and all I'm doing is sitting there he was very rude about it yelled at me in front of everyone and I found it not very professional that driver should be fired might not be riding whenever h... read more
