The department is the worst I have ever had to deal with. A few ladies that work the front counter is amazing. Getting through the security and getting to the office at 3:45 and they told me to come back tomorrow. Unbelievable the worst of the worst. The bad thing is that they have no one to answer to. I’ll bet any money that if I worked at the courthouse they would take my tax payment.
If there was a prize for the most unfriendly and non-user friendly tax office in the world, WCTCB would win.
There was a time when I would have to travel to the Court House to pay my taxes. As time went by, my health has declined. Paying taxes became a difficult task. Paying online has become a blessing for me.
