I have pleaded not Guilty to a Traffic Violation that happened approximately 5 months ago and I have called and talked to your clerk about receiving my not guilty plea and she has stated she did and I still haven’t heard or received anything about this matter. I looked up my case online and y’all are stating you never received anything from me, which is a lie
Judge Moore is awesome. He explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and didn’t skip a beat! He is a very nice and upstanding man.
I feel Magistrate Moore tries to be funny, fair, and nice to everyone, but he’s a terrible judge of character in people. Possibly losing his touch with age? I’m not exactly sure, but it seems that it’s time for someone new to come in to do the job. I can say Scottdale hired one of the best police officers ever though. Officer Whipkey deserves great recognition in his profession as you can tell he cares and is doing his job for the right reasons.
