You want to know why events like the one that occurred on Bourbon st. really happen, lack of law enforcement doing investigations prior to these events. My only regret is that it didn't happen around here. It's pretty bad that people have to be killed in order for an ongoing string of crimes to be solved. Happy Holidays.
