I lived at Westmont Village, independent living, from 2022 to July of 2024. The security deposit was $2195. They returned only $895. What happened to the other $1300. The neighbors are nice, but management is charging for everything that they said was included in the rent: landscaping, waste management, maintenance. Also, their internet does not work. I had to pay for satellite service to get reliable internet. When I moved in, they said you could get internet and direct tv for $99. That never happened because their equipme... read more
We moved in here 2 years ago. We are now looking to leave. The owners have added fees as well as rent increases. They are forcing seniors out. They lowered the age limit to 50. They do not communicate with tenants. They are only interested in getting you in here so they can soaking tenant's for more money. Fixed income seniors are being taken advantage of. They give 30 days notice of changes via email and then implement mandatory changes. DO NOT RENT HERE.

They had a beautiful Mother’s Day Tea for those in Memory Care. China - piano player, raffle for prizes, pretty desserts - tea and sandwiches. Was wonderful!! Thank you 😊
great staff, caring and thoughtful
My dad had a stroke and they have taken amazing care of him. The food is awesome and have been very impressed with their PT . They are helping my dad regain his old life back we have been blessed with their care.
