I lived at Westmont Village, independent living, from 2022 to July of 2024. The security deposit was $2195. They returned only $895. What happened to the other $1300. The neighbors are nice, but management is charging for everything that they said was included in the rent: landscaping, waste management, maintenance. Also, their internet does not work.
