I would make a request that the common areas are cleaned more frequently, specifically vacuuming the carpeted areas and hallways where on the floors where residents reside. Also, the house keeping for residents could be a bit more thorough. Otherwise, the staff has been accommodating and friendly.

I’d steer clear of this place. It’s random who you’ll get staff-wise. Some staff are very nice and friendly, others are patronizing, rude and arrogant with terrible customer service. We had better experiences with the workers than one of the leaders in particular who rudely interfered and interrupted an important medical meeting with our family doctor for a non-emergency. My husband was in memory care (Compass Rose) 1/25 - 7/25.Because of the exit doors functioning, he learned to push his way out through the alarms.The sign on the door says "keep pushing, alarm will sound". I was told he could only stay if I hired a 24 hour aide to watch him which was financially impossible. The staff and management turn over is way too frequent.They are all over worked and under staffed. The returning of phone call, texts and emails was not timely. My mom has been at Westmont for 8 months. It started out good because she was independent. But now she needs more care and no one is returning any of my messages. I started reaching out over a week ago and have heard nothing. I've asked the front desk to speak to someone and no one is ever available. I'm driving twice a day, about 1 1/2 hours total to give my mom her medications. Doesn't seem right to me for what we're paying.
