I enjoy making new friends, new fun adventures and making crafts, new music genres each week and the hospitality is enjoyable.
My father and I toured Westmont about a year ago. I found the facility to be clean and welcoming. My dad wasn't ready to move into an assisted living facility at the time, but when he was recently hospitalized, I stopped at Westmont one day to inquire about possibly moving him there after he recovered from his illness. I spoke to Kami Nordby who was incredibly informative and welcoming. Nice place beautiful place to put your parents unfortunately they cannot help out with giving insulin shots. Otherwise my father would be there.
It is almost time for my father to move into assisted-living. He has early onset of Alzheimer’s .I wanted to be proactive in my search for senior living and through an organization called caring.com, I was recommended to see Westmont of La Mesa. the care staff are so careless and constantly are making fun of the residents whom are the ones relying on them needing their aid. it’s disgusting! there have been incidents where people have been in severe distress and they seem to be confused and uncoordinated. (As lovely as the dining toom is) It is entirely noticeable that the supervisor of the floor is the one that needs excessive training.
