Our loved one was there several years the first year for grand opening everything was excellent,loving caring staff,from there it was all downhill.Administration has only gotten worse and maintenance never made repairs.No one cares except the caregivers that give 100% not enough help less caregivers more residents.Were in the process of moving our loved one to a different care facility,
I’ve been a resident for 3 months already. I love my apartment. And the food is great. I was so happy to be able to take my Bella a 11 years old mix breed with me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. West not is a very clean facility, also my apartment is cleaned weekly. The people in the community are very friendly as well.
Many many thanks to Krystal at Westmont. She is AMAZING, dependable, kind the reason we chose Westmont. She made the move so smooth, went OUT OF HER WAY to be able to get mom in there straight from rehab, pulling strings to make it possible. Update: My dad has been living here for three years now. Does he like it more than before? I guess he has accepted it. I think he would move if there was a place just as convenient location wise. He doesn’t want me to drive too far to visit him. The place is well maintained but they still have issues with staff turnover and he thinks the dinners are overall not very good. Management, caregivers, med techs, food servers, housekeepers, and chefs all had a high turnover rate due to inadequate pay. There were some caregivers who were kind and helpful. I spent time in the hospital and they evicted me because they said "I was too much to care for." I was paying for the level of care I required. My sister had to scramble to find a new place, pack my belongings and move me. Westmont wanted to keep my rent and care level money. I would not recommend this place for assisted living.
