RecommendedThe staff is very caring! Both my parents and mother-in-law were there in the willies, AL, and Martin Health. We couldn’t have asked for more support. The building was clean, maintenance was on top of cleaning and the staff always listened.
Westminster Village is the answer for older people not wanting to live alone. They can live in one of the beautiful apartments and have as much interaction with others as they want. They have a store a library a beautiful shop a bank several exercise options. You don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. They have buses to take you wherever you want to go. Westminster was home to both of my parents then my mother until both had passed, eight years total. I was there several times a week in all kinds of circumstances and never had one complaint...incredible! Everyone was so respectful and kind at all times and treated my parents with the knowledge that it was their home. Their independence was encouraged and increasing assistance provided as it was needed and never were they treated with anything but regard and compassion.
I don’t recommend this place at all. Why? Because the staff is awful.

Westminster is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone! My parents moved there in 2010 and had an apartment for a few years until they moved into Martin Health Center due to illness. The staff there is very friendly and the ladies that answer the phone at Westminster and everyone else. They have a new addition added which is awesome and they are remodeling. Thank you Westminster!
This place is like a five star hotel. the village residents have it made and then some. The ladies at reception are really sweet and helpful. The kitchen staff is non-stop busting knuckles to feed the residents and their guests. The housekeeping dept shoud get an award cause you could eat off the floors anywhere on the property...not advised in the health center side.
