As an employee of Westminster Village for 17 years, I have had the opportunity to meet and learn from so many of our Residents and other Staff. Working here is a LIFE CHANGING experience! From being a part of a TEAM to feeling like a member of a FAMILY, you can’t go wrong as an employee or a resident!!!!
I am part of the maintenance staff and I truly love the environment westminster has. The staff and residents are very nice and you can tell all staff truly care about the residents and ppl of Westminster.
I’ve worked as a contractor for Westminster for 7 years. Westminster is a great place to be a part of, The residents and the staff seem genuinely happy to be there. I’ve also contracted for other local retirement communities, and there’s no comparison. From my perspective the difference is that Westminster uses their financial resources to better their community whereas the competitors that I’ve worked for used their financial resources to enrich their shareholders. Westminister has been a Super Awesome place for my wife Samantha Smith. She has been employed with this place for 36 years and still there. I know she loves the environment, staffing and all The residents. I have personally worked on there Vehicles and talk to People who work there as well.
