My mom is a resident for 2 years now at Westminster St. Augustine. The staff members are professional, friendly and engaging. The facility creates a comfortable environment with many activities that make it easy to participate with our loved ones while visiting. The grounds are peaceful, beautiful and clean. I love that mom gets to live in a place that is safe for her, and feels like home, with so many of her needs met without worry. The facility and staff are excellent. The grounds are very well maintained and offer so many services for residents. I recently visited family there and was so pleased at the amazing care and attention they receive every day. It truly feels like they are with family at all times. Overall a fantastic facility.
My grandmother has been living at Westminster for 2 years. The staff has always been professional, courteous, and respectful. The activities for the senior residents are stimulating and were fun to participate in. The facility itself is beautiful, with plenty of space, and good quality food. Would recommend this facility to all.
My entire experience (over a year & 1/2) has been nothing but positive. I transferred my mom to skilled nursing from south Florida during a bout with pneumonia. Then transitioned my mom to memory care on the 2nd floor at Westminster and now she is back in still nursing after a fall. The nursing and CNAs have all been caring and concerned while also showing compassion to my mom as well as myself. The facility is clean and welcoming.
