If I could give negative stars, I would. I brought in my 97 year old mother in law to have her will done. The appointment was set up for this specific reason with the receptionist, to have her WILL updated. This was not a surprise to him. He speaks with her for a few minutes and then says he only works three days a week and maybe one of the other "guys" in the building could do it, whatever that means and he couldn't help us.
