We love our Blackfoot Westmark Credit Union branch! Everyone makes you feel like family and not just a depositor. Our loan officer Kelly has really helped us with opening our accounts, from Checking and savings to opening our IRA's and transferring our roll-overs into our new accounts. Kelly, with her friendly personality, really goes the extra mile to ensure that our needs are met. She delivers great friendly old fashioned customer service!

I am 72 years old and this branch is my all time favorite of the many branch banks I have worked with. I especially like that the associates at the bank work hard to remember customer names. They are also always trying to help and to make suggestions. Shout outs to Sark, Darcy, Jeremy, Melanie and Margaret.

I would really love to be a fan. I really would. I know people who work at Westmark CU, whom I very much like and respect; and I like to support locally-owned businesses. But this latest debacle confirms the previous poor opinion I had of Westmark. Bottom line is that I am out of patience and time. I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get an answer to a straightforward question: how is a payment to a car loan applied when there is a late fee involved? I had a very bad recent experience with Westmark yesterday. If you ever have the opportunity to call their customer service, don't bother. The Agents are rude and very arrogant. I got so fed up with the agent I talked with that I asked for a supervisor. I was told there was none available. They only had one and he was on a conference call. I asked to leave a voicemail. After a couple of hours no response. I ended up calling four times, still no response. I filled out their contact request and asked for a return call. All I g... read more
