I had a very bad recent experience with Westmark yesterday. If you ever have the opportunity to call their customer service, don't bother. The Agents are rude and very arrogant. I got so fed up with the agent I talked with that I asked for a supervisor. I was told there was none available. They only had one and he was on a conference call. I asked to leave a voicemail.
