Have had many mistakes made. Made a deposit of $500 and only $200 was deposited. Had to go fix that and was confirmed a mistake on their end. Then if account goes in the negative at all there is a charge and they only refund that charge ONCE a year no matter what mistake may have caused it. I talked to a manager and tried to get help and they refused to do anything obviously milking whatever money they can from customers. Really sad and frustrating during the holiday season.
