I have been a patron for many years! Now under new management, we ordered a lazy boy recliner which we are very pleased with. It did take slightly longer than expected to get in, but delivery and set up was seemless. The price point was well below retail so we feel like we have great value! Mark was amazing to deal with. He went far above and beyond to help us fit our special needs.
So much for supporting local businesses. Over the last year or so I have spent over $5000 at this store. Never again. First off, the customer service is horrible, and the owner even worse. I had purchased at king size mattress and a complete set only to find out that the saleswoman had "forgot" to order the bed.
