Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you think you have warranty on your appliances through them you have very little. Mark spent more time telling me how he couldn't or had no desire to help me through my concerns. I don't think I've ever spoke to someone (MARK) so disinterested in even entertaining the conversation. If you choose to shop with them ask more questions about the warranty as it will be a process if something happens. I have been a patron for many years! Now under new management, we ordered a lazy boy recliner which we are very pleased with. It did take slightly longer than expected to get in, but delivery and set up was seemless. The price point was well below retail so we feel like we have great value!
