This place is awesome! Easy in, easy out and their customer service is great! Dakota immediately recognized I was looking for something and asked me right away if he could help me! Friendly and eager to help customer service isn’t so common anymore, but it is here!
Apathy. Order was confirmed ready for pick up. I spent 80 minutes driving to pick up my order. When I arrive at the store, I'm told order was canceled after confirming it was ready for pick up. I understand things like this can happen but I think a phone call should be made to a customer if an order is canceled after it is confirmed ready for pick up. Ace Customer Care didn't care.
There's always someone smoking in front of this store. It's so gross. No on wants to be subjected to constant secondhand smoke.
Friendly staff and clean store.
