Well stocked and friendly helpful staff.
Wonderful customer service! Great people, ALL of them in the store. If you can even get someone to help you in one of the big box stores, they are never as nice and respectful as this ACE store. From the manager to their newest employee, they just could not be more helpful and patient. Good job guys! Especially the manager. He is right there working as hard as the rest if them. May cost me a little more on a few things but oh SO worth it!
I just love Ace Hardware. I tend to forget about them (sadly) when I'm out shopping. And yet whenever I go to Ace Hardware, I think, "I love this store. Why don't I come here more often?" Especially compared to mega-shopping centers like W-mart, I always feel like I'm appreciated as a customer, a true customer, not just a money sign. This place has very dumb people that work there. Prices way too high and the products are cheap and use less! You'll be better off going else where!!!
This place is unbelievable, the plant selection is amazing and the quality of everything runs right up against a nursery. I bought two dogwoods today, they were the best looking ones I have come across in the last two weeks. It is hard to believe this kind of quality is in the parking lot of a hardware store, but I guarantee you they are worth the drive.
