Good luck getting information from employees. It took 30 minutes to find someone willing to help and they took 32 minutes to find out if they deliver. By the time they found out what I needed to know they were sold out of the items i was trying to purchase
So much nicer in a smaller store with people who know where things are. Small selection and can cost a bit more. You get what you pay for.

Needed a new gas grill and I decided to try ace they had everything and what they didn't they was able to order the Service was awesome they are putting the gril together and delivering it for me at no extra charge an all around great experience for me and my wife I am so impressed with our local Ace Hardware manager he delivered or gas grill and helped my wife move the old grill out made sure we were happy with it and this is so important because I am disabled awesome place to go I will be back that for sure
This was an awesome store and I am very sad to see it go. It was a huge perk to have aa part of the Bridal Trails neighborhood. The service was awesome every time I was there (at least 100 times). Why they weren't to renew their lease is a tragedy and they will be greatly missed. My family sometimes found items that were unavailable elsewhere. I like this place a lot. The only issue, I wish they would call for help when they have more than 3 people in a line. Other than that, It's a great Hardware store.
Where do I start? This guy has 7 stores and has no minority employees. I have heard him treat and be ignorant to his staff on numerous times.I chose to never go to any of his establishments because of his attitude and behavior. He sounds very full of himself. I feel sorry for all that work there, home depot is a better choice!
This place took 10 minutes to make a key . Because the guy told his guest to go ahead and shop around. So when he was done he kept me waiting while looks for them in the store. ..
They were nice and polite when I call to get a price on some materials to fix what is broken thank you guys and girl
