I just love Ace Hardware. I tend to forget about them (sadly) when I'm out shopping. And yet whenever I go to Ace Hardware, I think, "I love this store. Why don't I come here more often?" Especially compared to mega-shopping centers like W-mart, I always feel like I'm appreciated as a customer, a true customer, not just a money sign.
