Ace Hardware A nice clean store with friendly staff. Almost to friendly they follow you around asking if you needing help finding what your looking for. All the aisles are clearly marked so you know where everything is located though. They have a good return policy, they even will let you return plants/trees if they die within a certain period. Homeowner's Dream The store is clean, the employees are helful, and yet they will leave you alone, if you don't need help. I can usually find what I need rather quickly.
Great Service I do not know much about home improvement and even simple projects. The staff is very helpful and will explain how to do something and will walk you to products. The store is always clean and organized and the staff is very polite. They also have the rebate items that are advertised in stock.
Not the best Hardware Store around This is the closest hardware store to our house, and we go there in emergencies, when we need something quickly and do not want to go far away to get it. The store is small and cluttered, I have not had a good experience with the staff either. They don't seem to have knowledgeable employees, and I always have to help myself at the store to find what I am looking for.
