Westhills caregivers and all of the supporting staff are fantastic!! I speak from experience with the care and kindness they showed my Mom while she was a resident.
Nursing, PT, Activities, Scheduling and HR are very condescending and unprofessional!
Westhills Village is a wonderful place for older people, somewhere that they have the security of knowing that they will always be taken care of so they can just enjoy their lives! They have a very well-staffed, professional nursing department compared to other facilities. Their activity departments in all areas are very busy and robust with a lot of variety, and they have a top-notch, very skilled therapy department for rehab. I would recommended to anyone!
Westhills Village is a beautiful facility that has activities, events that keeps you busy. The residents are amazing and the staff is caring and helpful. Its a great place to be!
