unfriendly When you call the business ofices to speak with someone be prepared to get a very unfriendly on the other end. They are "overworked" and have very little time to say hello in the office and they let you know that. Such a shame to be a first impression of a school. They need to hire new people to answer the phones. They put you on hold for long periods of time no matter what time of the day you call.
