The Judge is a very just and honest man. The village prosecutor however is rude, does not let you speak, and does not let you know your rights. He coerced me into pleading guilty without explaining anything to me or letting me speak and when I went in front of the judge to speak and understand my rights he “rescinded” his offer of lowering the fine and demanded the judge put me on trial.
