BEST CHEF AND BARTENDERS IN BLOWING ROCK! I've been coming to Dangerfields since they opened in 2024. Elliott's Bar & The Piano Bar have great atmosphere. THE BARTENDER-S make the best drinks, and the servers are the tops. I've had dinner here and appetizers. Everything is exquisite. Best Burger (Wagu!) in the U.S.! Try the lamb and the trout. And for appetizer in the bar, the burger, BLT, or crap or charcuterie board!
Extremely disappointed. We called weeks in advance to ask whether reservations were needed for the spa amenities for our group of five and were told we could simply walk in. When we arrived right at opening time, we were denied entry because the spa was “overbooked.” This was especially confusing because the parking lot was less than half full and the facility did not appear busy at all. Loved this gorgeous resort. Jennifer was especially welcoming! We enjoyed the daily chef prepared breakfast that included Mountain View in beautiful mansion dining room. Bed was comfy and they allowed our dog. We were thankful to relax!
