They give you no vote(unless you go to florida on the date) and fees are up 60% in the last 4 years. Their board makes all the rules in quite a large "management fee" on top off all salieries and expenses. They also promise you "RED" super duper trading power weeks that most owners find ut later to be a $700 upgrade fee to stay at "peak" times? Are you kidding me?
This Westgate is situated on a lake with beautiful grounds. It is situated midway between Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. I highly recommed this property.
