HORRIBLE STAFF when I first checked in at 3pm they said my room was not ready I came back later that night they lady that gave me my room keys told us are room is on the first floor my my wife and 3 kids and the baby was asleep walked around for 15 minutes looking and couldn't find are room nobody would help when finally after going up and down they said are room Is on the 8th floor when. Awesome right up there with the best ever. The sea scallops had Qual served with them. Amazing combo. They cut all there own steaks so it was top of the line quality and cuts. I will be back for sure!

Be aware this company uses mis leading sales tactics to get people in front of their sales people. They mis represent themselves as vacation ticket sellers. Will nit refund your purchase and do not disclose their terms up front. Scammers

Worst stay ever! It was our 20 year anniversary, and we wanted something special. We were promised that with this resort. If what we got was their best, I'd hate to see their worst. For starters the rooms are cramped, and claustrophobic. Our "special" view was of the road, and entry to parking garage. So cars and people were constantly going past our window. We visit the Canyons once a year and usually eat dinner at the Westgate. Its a highr end menu and ambiance yet it's still kid friendly. Food is very good - enjoyed the salmon pesto! Service is good and reasonably fast. We'll keep coming back!

My yearly maintiance fees are skyrocketing...more than 60% higher in just 4 years. Unaffordable anymore. The management company sucks out tremndous profits and they promise you a "red" week that is second to none. Then you find out you cant use that crummy week without a "700" additional fee. You cant vote on the budget unless you fly down to florida for their meeting. And they change "RULES" like a dictatorship. DO NOT BUY!
